Terms and Conditions for Aberfo
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using Aberfo's services or engaging in any transactions with us, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
2. Services and Deliverables
Aberfo provides e-Security & IT solutions and services including but not limited to Network Design & Implementation Cloud Solutions, On-Premise Infrastructure, Hybrid IT Environments, IT Infrastructure Consulting, and support. The scope of services and deliverables will be outlined in the respective agreement or statement of work.
3. Payment Terms
Payment terms for Aberfo's services are specified in the agreed-upon contract or invoice. Clients are responsible for timely payment according to the terms outlined.
4. Confidentiality
Both Aberfo and clients agree to maintain confidentiality regarding any proprietary information exchanged during the course of business. This includes but is not limited to business strategies, technical information, and project details.
5. Intellectual Property
Intellectual property rights for deliverables created by Aberfo during the engagement will be specified in the contractual agreement. Clients may use deliverables for their intended purposes as outlined in the agreement.
6. Limitation of Liability
Aberfo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with our services, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities.
7. Amendments and Modifications
Aberfo reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions, pricing, and policies as necessary. Clients will be notified of any changes, and continued use of our services implies acceptance of the updated terms.
8. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ghana. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ghana.
